As such we would particularly welcome applications from people who are female and/or are from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds\nWhat you’ll be doing\nLead end-to-end delivery of the ENNI programme and associated projects. \nMaintain the integrated programme roadmap, plan, dependencies and delivery strategy. \nProvide leadership to project managers, PMO resources and multidisciplinary delivery teams. \nOwn programme governance, reporting, assurance, RAID, change control and escalation. \nLead recovery planning where delivery, timelines or customer commitments are at risk. \nBuild trusted relationships with senior Education Authority, partner and Capita stakeholders. \nMaintain oversight of budgets, forecasts, commercial performance and contractual obligations. \nDrive a culture of professionalism, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement. \nWhat we’re looking for\nEssential\nSignificant experience leading large-scale managed services, technology transformation or complex change programmes. \nDemonstrable delivery success within regulated, public sector or similarly complex environments. \nStrong programme governance, risk, financial and commercial management capability. \nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing third-party suppliers. \nCredible executive-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to turn complex delivery challenges into clear decisions, recovery actions and measurable outcomes. \nDesirable\nExperience within education, government or large outsourced service environments. \nMSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile, PMP or equivalent programme management qualification. \nExperience of major transition, transformation, service modernisation or customer recovery. \nAbout ENNI\nENNI is the core education technology managed service currently delivered by Capita for the Education Authority in Northern Ireland.
