You’ll agree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally, and you’ll be the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator. Much of the work means coordinating across global functions so local needs are met, from regional performance and incidents to launch readiness. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Compliance and global operations leadership, and you’ll be a key player in bringing AI into how operations run locally.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day.\nAgree global strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally.\nAct as the main operations contact for the regulator. Work with the General Manager and Compliance to turn local requirements into operational actions.\nCoordinate delivery across global functions, agreeing service expectations, handovers and escalation routes.\nOwn regional performance.
