In this role, you’ll take ownership of Capital.com’s web presence - from marketing pages and landing experiences to product-facing web interfaces - working closely with brand, engineering, and product teams to bring compelling designs to life.\nResponsibilities:\nCreate visually compelling, high-quality web experiences that reflect our brand and engage our global audience.\nOwn the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and web product interfaces end-to-end.\nBe the voice of the user, embedding their needs into every design decision with insights and research.\nWork hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and brand stakeholders to transform ideas into reality.\nDevelop interactive prototypes to test and illustrate design concepts.\nDefine and maintain design guidelines, bringing consistency across all web touchpoints.\nLead design initiatives with balance and clarity, adapting to timelines while juggling multiple priorities.\nDesign user journeys that turn complex tasks into simple, delightful experiences.\nImprove web performance post-launch, focusing on continuous, user-centered enhancements.\nCollaborate with the Design System team to ensure consistency across all web surfaces.\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience designing web products and digital experiences.\nA portfolio showcasing strong web design work - marketing pages, landing experiences, or product web interfaces.\nProficiency in Figma and strong knowledge of components and design systems.\nExperience with modern web design tools such as Framer or Webflow is a plus.\nStrong visual design sense with an eye for typography, layout, and motion.\nStrategic thinker with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.\nSkilled at understanding the technical impact of design choices for web.\nSelf-directed, with the ability to take ownership of the design process.\nStrong UX focus and a deep understanding of human behavior.\nA continuous learner, eager to grow both personally and with the team.\nProactive, confident, and effective communicator - able to present work and articulate design decisions clearly to a range of stakeholders.\nWhat you will get in return:\nCompetitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay!
