# Troy YMCA: Program Coordinator (2) and Instructors (2)

Program staff will support the Troy YMCA’s mission by developing, leading, and assisting teen and family programs that promote youth development, strengthen family and community connections, foster belonging, and encourage engagement. Through instruction and collaboration with community partners, these positions will help expand accessible programming that reflects the interests and needs of the community, support RISE Grant initiatives, and contribute to other areas within the Troy Branch. YOUTH PROGRAM INSTRUCTOR - $16.43/hour Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/ GED is required.
