This role will drive cross-functional programs spanning content creation, validation, workflow optimization, AI-enabled automation, and operating model evolution. The Program Manager will partner with senior investment, business, data science, digital, and technology leaders across the firm to identify opportunities, align priorities, and deliver measurable business outcomes.\n\"I am the person Capital Group is looking for.\"\n7+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program management, product management, or strategic initiatives.\nDemonstrated success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with executive visibility and diverse stakeholder groups.\nStrong understanding of program management, process transformation, technology delivery, change management, and operational execution.\nExperience working with AI, automation, digital products, data platforms, or emerging technologies preferred.\nExceptional communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and drive results across business and technology organizations.\nAbility to translate strategic objectives into measurable business outcomes and executable plans.
