We partner with Engineering, Data, Security, and QA teams to build platforms that reduce toil. From managing our Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to shaping core developer tooling, we focus on scalability, resiliency, and security at every step. We’re always exploring new tools, testing ideas, and applying industry best practices to keep our platform cutting-edge and our teams empowered.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMigrate existing estate of code repositories from ADO to GitHub.\nMigrate associated test and build pipelines.\nRework current Jira integration to add support to link Github PRs to Jira work items\nEnsure existing AI integrations and AI agents (such as coding and pull request assistants) are migrated and continue to function appropriately.\nRework and migrate any other existing ancillary services that are used to facilitate the storage, governance, security, and build procedures, including integrations with Slack, and management of secrets.\nPartner and communicate with stakeholders about relevant technical learnings\nOur Values & Culture\nJust Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”. If you own a task and agree to a date, the expectation is that it gets done.\nFeedback: We want our employees to flourish, so we regularly provide direct and constructive feedback.\nWe’re Looking For\n3+ years in DevOps or Platform Engineering roles, with hands-on experience of both Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.\nProven track record of delivering at least one large-scale source control or CI/CD migration from Azure DevOps (or a similar platform) to GitHub, ideally using GitHub Enterprise Importer or similar tooling.\nStrong experience converting Azure Pipelines (YAML and classic) into GitHub Actions, including reusable workflows, composite actions, self-hosted runners and environment protection rules.\nExperience of secure secrets migration, using GitHub Actions secrets and environments, OIDC federation with cloud providers, and external secret stores such as Azure Key Vault.\nProficient in at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash or Go) to automate bulk migration tasks through the Azure DevOps and GitHub REST/GraphQL APIs.\nExperience reconfiguring third-party integrations such as Slack, Jira and code quality or security scanning tools, including GitHub Apps, webhooks and branch protection or ruleset policies.\nFamiliarity with AI agent and automation integrations in the software delivery lifecycle (for example GitHub Copilot, MCP servers or custom agents triggered from pipelines), and the ability to rebuild these against GitHub.\nWorking knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP), as pipelines will deploy into these environments.\nMethodical approach to planning and cutover, including phased migration, rollback plans and minimising disruption to engineering teams.\nClear communicator who can document new ways of working and support engineers through the transition, working independently within a fixed timeframe.\nInterview Process\nFirst stage: 30-minute intro, CV review, and values with Talent Partner\nFinal stage: 45-minute Technical Task + 30 minute Interview with Engineering Manager\nDiversity & Inclusion\n We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity.
