We own the cloud, network, identity and infrastructure delivery that every product team at Capital on Tap runs on. It’s a big year for the team: we’re consolidating how we manage access and secrets, modernising our edge, moving to GitHub and exploring a multi-cloud future.\nWe’re also building the infrastructure behind AI at Capital on Tap, connecting our engineers and products to models from Anthropic and OpenAI securely and at scale. \nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nBuild and maintain our Azure foundations using Terraform, including reusable infrastructure modules and a standard Kubernetes baseline.\nHelp run our network and edge, including Cloudflare, Istio and Cato.\nManage cloud identity and access, including RBAC, managed identities and service-to-service authentication.\nHelp consolidate secret and certificate management into a single, automated pattern.\nAutomate infrastructure and core container patching so it runs on a reliable, fixed cadence.\nBuild and maintain infrastructure CI/CD pipelines, templates and build agents.\nHelp build and run our AI infrastructure, including model access through Microsoft Foundry, Anthropic and OpenAI.\nSupport our AI and MCP gateway layer, managing access, routing and authentication for AI tools and agents.\n\nApply the same security, identity and observability standards to AI services as the rest of our cloud platform.\nLook after infrastructure monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus and Log Analytics.\nContribute to cloud cost management, disaster recovery and multi-cloud.\nWork with Database Engineering, SRE and Developer Enablement on shared infrastructure projects.\nWrite clear documentation and help keep our infrastructure standards up to date.\n\nOur Values & Culture\nJust Pilot: We never settle for “good enough”.
