Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Drive technical strategy and frontend best practices across multiple teams and products.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reusable component libraries and frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, security, and responsiveness.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development.
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and TypeScript (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns, state management, and component-driven development.
• Experience with modern frontend tooling such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/yarn, and build pipelines.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
