As an Integration Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage our IBM MQ messaging stack to ensure availability, capacity and performance to support our critical applications and services\nUtilize your expertise of IBM MQ cluster design, operation and support.\nDesign and configure new MQ services, perform upgrades, configure channels, topics, queues.\nResolve security vulnerabilities, manager disaster recovery events\nAutomate deployment and management of IBM MQ servers.\nWork with application owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios\nDesign, develop, and implement robust integration solutions in AWS.\nContinuously improve software engineering practices\nBring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal and external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community\nEncourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity\nServe as the technical integration lead for major initiatives, partnering with software, data and infrastructure teams to ensure interoperability and performance\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree\nAt least 4 years of experience designing and maintaining cross-platform or cloud integrations\nAt least 3 years of experience automating system configuration or data workflows\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience with deployment tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory)\nExperience with Kubernetes And Containerization.\nExperience with AI tooling.\nExperience developing integration frameworks or reusable components used across multiple teams or applications\nFamiliarity with observability and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Splunk, NewRelic) to ensure integration reliability and performance\nAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer).\nThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
