You are comfortable operating at the intersection of operations, process, data, and technology, bringing structure to ambiguity and translating business needs into practical solutions that enable implementation and adoption. \nGeneral Responsibilities\nLead complex operational initiatives and capabilities spanning process improvement, reporting and insights, technology enablement, and scalable business solutions.\n\nPartner with operational teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable recommendations and practical solutions.\n\nLeverage data, process knowledge, and stakeholder input to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.\n\nDetermine the appropriate solution based on the business need, including process improvements, reporting and dashboards, digital tools, automation, AI-enabled solutions, or enablement strategies.\n\nIdentify opportunities to develop reusable and scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and can be leveraged across operational teams.\n\nSupport the development and evolution of reporting, metrics, dashboards, and analytical solutions that improve visibility and decision-making.\n\nPartner across Process Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, Technology, Product, Risk and Operations to move solutions from concept through implementation and adoption.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and capabilities and identify practical opportunities to apply them within operations.\n\nEstablish appropriate structure, prioritization, governance, and controls to ensure solutions are sustainable and aligned with business needs.\n\nManage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving business needs.\n\nBuild strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders and senior leaders to drive alignment and results.\n\nCommunicate complex information clearly and concisely, including recommendations, risks, progress, decisions, and business outcomes.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree or Military Experience\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in Process Management, Risk Management, or Business Analysis\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in Project management\n\nAt least 1 year of experience using Google AI tools\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAt least 5 years of experience in Process management\n\nAt least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Technology Enablement\n\nLean, Six Sigma or equivalent certification\n\nAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.\nThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
