Candidates should be excited about improving the daily lives and development of our engineers and help our leaders optimize our workforce at scale.\nResponsibilities:\nPartners with Card Tech CoS and teams across Card Tech to deliver on the roadmap, owning and directing work across teams to ensure high quality, on time delivery\nDrives innovation in process and execution across our portfolio\nCreates executive-ready presentations and materials\nLeads special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross functional teams\nPrioritize and focus leaders, specifically as it relates to people and workforce strategy. Aid the CoS in strategic planning, uncovering critical efficiencies and preventing duplication of effort.\nAlign with leadership’s vision to direct, track, and execute key goals.
