Starting from the Capital One Tech workforce strategy and working through Bank Tech strategy, you will be responsible for providing counsel to leaders on how to shift their staffing mix to achieve key technology goals that maximize efficient and empowered AI-driven teams in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
