The Principal Coordinator plays an integral role in the recruiting process by supporting recruiting partners in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle.\nWe are looking for an exceptional teammate to support operational delivery initiatives for the Students & Grads Recruiting Operations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong administrative, organization, and communication skills, laser customer focus, and meticulous attention to detail.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPartner on a daily basis with Student & Grads recruiters to provide coordination support\nDeliver systems based recruiting management for our Students & Grads recruiting teams, including requisition management, shared mailbox support, and offer creation\nBuild and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise\nSupport system-based remediation efforts and monitor issues occurring throughout the recruiting funnel\nSupport ongoing efforts of data proficiency for the Horizontal Services/Operations teams\nAssist with preparing and distributing ad-hoc reporting, data pulls\nAssist in ad hoc team projects and programs, including assessment administration and triage\nThis role is designated as a hybrid position.
