LitOps manages the critical operational aspects for a team of more than 100 attorneys and legal professionals who are responsible for providing legal advice to the businesses and protecting Capital One’s assets and reputation.\nThe litigation intake function is a high-volume space that originates litigation matters in a system of record via numerous channels. It is a crucial component of the life cycle of managing the litigation risk facing the company and requires sound judgement, efficiency and the ability to partner effectively with attorneys and other legal professionals.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManage numerous channels for the service of process and expediently assess the nature of complaints to route accordingly \nInteract with attorneys and legal professionals to appropriately direct litigation matters\nOptimize workflows and leverage available technology to enhance productivity\nAssist with team administrative functions, reporting, and special projects (as needed)\nThis role is designated as a hybrid position.
