Furthermore, the Relationship Manager makes outbound phone calls to dealers to capture their business for COA, while also taking inbound calls from the dealers to strategically analyze their potential territories resulting in a game plan to achieve a target goal. A Relationship Manager will monitor and make adjustments to the plan as the month progresses to achieve the desired goals. We are seeking a collaborative, highly empathetic team member who actively listens to stakeholder needs, applies emotional intelligence to build trust and drive business decisions grounded in customer impact.\nGeneral Responsibilities:\nCultivate positive relationships with our dealerships.\nOptimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone.\nReview the structure in underwriting for COAF.\nGuide the deals in house for funding.\nAnalyze territory production goals.\nPartner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives.\nSchedule Expectations\nAvailable ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.\nIn office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period.\nPotential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off.\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.\nAt least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Business.\n2+ years experience in Auto Finance.\n2+ years experience in Customer Relations.\n5+ years experience in Customer Service.\nAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.\nThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
