Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:\nAssociate Relations\nOversees day to day management of Associate Relations (AR) administration processes\nSupervises and accounts daily case management included but not limited to AR-related cases, inquiries and notifications\nLiaises with associates on AR related inquiries and ensures that inquiries are responded timely and logged accurately\nPrepares AR documentation and AR-related reports for audit, and must be submitted on designated time\nAnalyzes data - case trends, AR-related monitoring, etc\nEnd to end handling of AR-related tasks\nConducts Learning Session, New Hire Orientation and People Manager Onboarding\nServes as an AR partner to other stakeholders\nConflict resolution and mediation\n2. People Management, as applicable\nEnsures individual and team productivity targets are achieved through periodic reviews and adjustments, as needed\nProvides individual career development coaching to team, including relay of feedback, support for continuing education training, as well as manifestation of desired competencies, behavior, and values\n3. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions, including but not limited to sub-functions within HR\n4. All other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time\nQualifications:\nCollege graduate or equivalent work experiencePreferably graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course\n\n3 years working experience in related discipline, preferably with 1 year experience in supervisory role\nSkills Required:Knowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulations\nStrong case management experience\nProject management and process improvement\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, analytical skills, customer focus\nProficient in Google Workspace and Salesforce\n\nAmenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift Schedule\nAmenable to work in Alabang\nNo agencies please.
