removing blockers, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining the documentation and data foundations needed for rapid, high-quality execution.\nPartner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure reliable metrics, dashboards, and insights guide decision-making and prioritisation.\nTrack performance post-launch, monitor product stability and adoption, and facilitate continuous improvement through structured feedback loops.\nLead planning and operational cadences (KPIs, stand ups, retrospectives), maintaining momentum and alignment across teams.\nIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery speed, quality, and scalability.\nDrive product strategy by translating operational insights, customer feedback, and market intelligence into future features direction, ensuring delivery execution aligns with strategic priorities and the long-term product vision.\nRequirements:\nDegree in STEM or other quantitative fields.\nMinimum 2 years experience in a high performance environment (fintech, consultancy, investment bank, high-growth tech company, etc.).\nMinimum 2 years of experience working with debit cards and payments (SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments).\nExperience working with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard).\nAbility to solve complex problems independently.\nDeep empathy for customers and commitment to user-centred design without compromise.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing across functions.\nData-driven mindset, able to turn insights into actionable improvements.\nStrong ownership mentality -
