Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres and private credit.\nJob Description\nThis role plays an important part in protecting the organisation's technology infrastructure, endpoints and digital assets. This role supports the implementation and operation of cybersecurity controls across the enterprise, with exposure to infrastructure security, endpoint security, security tools, and security architecture initiatives. Working closely with internal technology teams and security partners, you will contribute to strengthening the organisation's cybersecurity posture and resilience against evolving cyber threats.\nResponsibilities:\nCybersecurity Architecture & Roadmap\n· Support the development and execution of the organisation's cybersecurity roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology and business objectives.\n· Participate in security architecture reviews for infrastructure, cloud, network, application and digital transformation initiatives to ensure security requirements are incorporated by design.\n· Assess new technologies, platforms and solutions from a cybersecurity perspective and recommend appropriate security controls and architectures.\n· Develop and maintain cybersecurity architecture standards, security patterns, technical guidelines and reference architectures.\n· Work with project teams to ensure cybersecurity requirements are integrated throughout the project lifecycle.\nCybersecurity Platform Management\n· Lead the deployment, configuration, administration and optimization of cybersecurity platforms across the enterprise.\n· Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity technologies, including onboarding, upgrades, renewals, health monitoring and retirement activities.\n· Drive integration between cybersecurity solutions and enterprise platforms to improve visibility, automation and security effectiveness.\n· Monitor platform performance, coverage, utilization and effectiveness, and recommend enhancements where required.\n· Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure cybersecurity platforms operate effectively and meet business requirements.\nRequirements:\nDegree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.\n3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity engineering, security architecture, infrastructure security or cybersecurity platform administration.\nGood understanding of security architecture principles across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.\nExperience deploying, managing or supporting enterprise cybersecurity technologies such as:IAM / PAM\nEDR/XDR\nSIEM\nEmail Security\nVulnerability Management\nData Protection / DLP\nCloud Security Platforms\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls and ISO 27001.\nWorking knowledge of network, cloud, identity and infrastructure security concepts.\nExperience managing cybersecurity projects, technology rollouts or platform implementation initiatives would be advantageous.\nStrong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across both technical and business teams.\nSelf-motivated and able to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.\nBenefits\nFlexible benefits with comprehensive medical coverage for self and family\nTraining and development opportunities\nSubsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences-\nStrong advocate of staff volunteerism\nWellness programmes\nClosing Statement:\nAt CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
