Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres and private credit.\nJob Description\nRESPONSIBILITY:\nProvide support on full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits duties covering performance management, budget planning, benefit and insurance administration, payroll administration, leave management, HRIS & Payroll systems, flexi-ben administration, etc. to ensure meeting of corporate strategic goals and objectives;\nPerform salary & benefits benchmarking and analysis, including but not limited to market survey participation, annual salary review proposal & budgeting while staying updated with industry salary trends.\nReview and update policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits that aligned with corporate guidelines to ensure efficient practices and legal compliance;\nSupport yearly performance management review for annual salary review exercise, variable bonus plan, promotion recommendation and market adjustment;\nSupport in-house payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with local policy and statutory requirement;\nKeep abreast of market and legislative updates, trends and provide necessary advice and support to all level of staff and management;\nResponsible for the preparation, collation and analysis of relevant management reports and approval papers.
