Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres and private credit.\nJob Description\nSupport the Leasing Manager in planning and implementing tenancy mix in the retail mall.\n\nIdentify and short-list suitable tenants and retail concepts for the mall. Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate the lease and finalize rental and other terms and conditions.\n\nEnsure tenants' adhere to the lease terms. Follow up through execution to the opening of store.\n\nEstablish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationship.
