This is a client-facing role: you will lead discovery and requirements sessions, translate business objectives into technical architecture, and guide delivery teams through implementation. You’ll operate as the technical anchor on engagements, trusted by clients and internal teams to make sound, defensible architecture decisions under real-world constraints of timeline, budget, and legacy systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions to define business objectives, data sources, and success criteria for analytics engagements\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures spanning data ingestion, modeling, warehousing, transformation, and reporting/visualization layers\nProduce architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and solution roadmaps that are clear to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPartner with project managers and engagement leads by serving as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle\nGuide and review the work of data engineers, analysts, and BI developers to ensure solutions are built to the architected design and to firm quality standards\nContribute to internal capability building: reusable frameworks, accelerators, and architecture standards that improve delivery speed and consistency across engagements\nSupport pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses\nDirectly manage a team including staffing, workload balancing, and day-to-day performance management, while mentoring them on architecture best practices and client delivery standards\nQualifications:\n7+ years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and analytics solutions, from source systems through to reporting and consumption layers\nHands-on experience in at least one major cloud data platform (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and ability to evaluate and recommend additional tools and systems\nSupport pre-sales activity, including solution scoping, effort estimation, and proposal or RFP responses\nStrong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling approaches (dimensional modeling, data vault, or similar)\nBachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nWillingness to travel to client sites as engagements require\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
