growth, and strategic initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFunding Strategy & Execution\n\n Support Manager in the sourcing and execution of funding across debt and capital markets, including bank facilities, commercial papers, and structured finance.\n\n Structure financing solutions that align with business cash flows, risk appetite, and long-term strategy.\n\n Support refinancing initiatives and identify opportunities to reduce the overall cost of funds.\n\nStakeholder & Lender Management\n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and development finance institutions.\n\n Engage lenders regularly to position the business for future funding opportunities.\n\n Manage communication and expectations throughout the funding lifecycle.\n\nDeal Structuring & Negotiation\n\n Negotiate key terms such as pricing, tenor, covenants, and security structures.\n\n Ensure funding terms are commercially viable and aligned with the company’s financial position.\n\n Balance cost, flexibility, and risk in all financing arrangements.\n\nCross-Departmental Coordination\n\n Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and Legal teams to ensure the timely collection and submission of financial data for compliance reporting.\n\n Facilitate discussions between internal stakeholders to address covenant-related concerns and ensure alignment on reporting requirements.\n\n Support negotiations with lenders by providing accurate covenant compliance data and insights.\n\nRequirements\n\n HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or any other related field in data analysis or finance\n\n Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA or CFA (added advantage)\n\n Computer literacy and advance user of excel is a must\n\n Minimum of 4 to 5 years of working experience in corporate finance and/or DFI financial covenant
