# IT/Network Support Officer

A skilled and proactive IT/Network Support Officer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the reliability and security of our network and systems. This role requires a problem-solver who can work independently while supporting end-users and maintaining critical IT operations.Key Responsibilities Hardware & Technical Support Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate warranty repairs/replacements Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users Network Administration Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, access points) Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and optimize network reliability Implement and maintain network security protocols and access controls Manage VPN configurations and remote access solutions System Administration Administer Windows/Linux server environments and Active Directory Manage user accounts
