combat against financial crime to minimise and mitigate client and bank losses thorough investigations into card fraud, digital fraud, application fraud, and internal threats. \n\nExperience\n\n Minimum 2- 3 years’ experience in any area related to financial crimes.\n\n Experience of and comprehensive understanding of the South African financial/banking environment\n\n Familiarity with relevant legislation pertaining to fraud and banking.\n\n Proficiency in investigation techniques and methodologies\n\n Understanding of customer care and service protocols\n\n Familiarity of common fraud typologies and emerging trends in fraud and financial crime\n\n Familiarity with banking/retail/financial service provider policies, products, and procedures\n\n Service-oriented mindset.\n\nQualifications (Minimum)\n\rGrade 12 National Certificate / Vocational\r\nQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)\n\rA relevant tertiary qualification\r\nKnowledge\n\n Understanding of the South African financial/banking environment.\n\n Familiarity with relevant legislation pertaining to fraud and banking.\n\n Understanding and proficiency in investigation techniques and methodologies.\n\n Understanding of customer care and service protocols.\n\n Familiarity of common fraud typologies and emerging trends in fraud and financial crime.\n\n Familiarity with
