# Delivery Lead: Technology

Why the role exist The SAP team is looking for an experienced SAP MM Delivery Lead to step into a role that blends hands-on functional expertise with people leadership. The team is small, lean and growing, and the person in this role needs to be as comfortable guiding colleagues as they are delivering solutions. This is not a purely technical role, and it is not a purely managerial one. The Delivery Lead will own SAP Materials Management delivery across procurement, inventory management and broader supply chain processes, while operationally leading a team of three functional experts. As the team grows, the role is expected to evolve, gradually shifting towards solution guidance, relationship management, best-practice recommendations and people development. The team is on a journey towards future-fit, standard solutions, including SAP S/4HANA, the Fiori landscape and AI-enabled capabilities. The right candidate will help lead that journey, not just support the current environment.
