is part of keeping that promise.\n\nWhat you'll do here\n\n Lead end-to-end system design across the full application stack\n\n Make architectural decisions that span front-end and back-end\n\n Mentor engineers on full stack practices and holistic technical thinking\n\n Drive technical standards across the team\n\n Design complete application architectures from the ground up\n\n Optimise performance across the entire stack\n\n Integrate complex systems across our insurance platform\n\n Balance front-end UX with back-end performance – so clients feel the quality of what you build\n\nOur tech stack\n\nBack-end\n\n C# and .NET Core\n\n AWS – where we build and run at scale \n\n PostgreSQL – our primary data store\n\n Kafka – event-driven architecture and messaging or similar \n\nFront-end\n\n React or Angular or Vue\n\n TypeScript\n\n HTML, CSS and responsive UI design\n\nEngineering practice\n\n RESTful API design and integration\n\n Microservice and event-driven architectures\n\n Containerisation and deployment using Kubernetes\n\n CI/CD pipelines and version control\n\nWhat you bring\n\nExperience\n\n 6+ years of proven full stack software development experience, delivering end-to-end solutions in production\n\n Strong back-end capability in C#/.NET Core\n\n Solid front-end experience with React or Vue and TypeScript\n\n Experience designing scalable systems in AWS environments\n\n A track record of leading technical decisions across the full stack – not just executing them\n\n Experience working in regulated or financial services
