The impact of our work is visible across multiple platforms and services.\n\nWhy this role is different\n\n We focus on design and thinking, not just delivery\n\n We give you exposure to complex systems and meaningful architectural decisions\n\n We value people who can explain, influence and collaborate — not just write code\n\n We work in a culture that encourages ownership, learning and practical problem‑solving\n\nWhat we’re looking for\n\n Several years’ experience in systems analysis or solution design\n\n A background in software development or engineering, with a strong understanding of how code works\n\n Proven ability to design system flows, integrations and solution diagrams\n\n Experience working with complex, integrated systems\n\n Solid knowledge of databases, web technologies and system interfaces\n\n Strong communication skills and the confidence to explain ideas clearly\n\n Experience in regulated or large‑scale environments is an advantage\n\nExperience\n\nMinimum:\n\n Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology (Computer Science or Information Systems)\n\n 5–8 years’ experience in Systems Design and Analysis\n\n Exposure to complex system integrations\n\n Strong understanding of development environments (background in software engineering advantageous)At least 1–2 years of telco experience (advantageous)Ideal:\n\nTechnical Skills:\n\n SQL\n\n Transact-SQL\n\n Web Services\n\n HTML, CSS, JavaScript\n\n Exposure to Java (advantageous, not mandatory)\n\n Certifications such as AWS are beneficial but not mandatory. \n\nIdeal Experience & Tools:\n\n Jira\n\n Confluence\n\n Exposure to automation tools\n\n Working knowledge of Java and/or C# \n\nQualifications (Minimum)\n\n A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology\n\nQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)\n\n Certification in ITIL\n\nKnowledge\n\nMinimum:\n\n Knowledge and understanding of:\n\n Functional knowledge of the respective area\n\n Systems analysis methodologies\n\n Defining functional and non-functional requirements\n\n Documentation including assistance with drafting documents for technical requirements and training purposes\n\n Where applicable for the functional area:\n\n SQL (e.g. My SQL and Microsoft SQL)\n\n API integration (e.g. web services, REST Services, SOAP, etc)\n\nIdeal:\n\n Knowledge and understanding of: \n\n ITIL Principles and the application thereof\n\n Automation tools\n\n Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD)\n\n Project Management and coordination\n\n Banking systems and business models\n\n Card Processing\n\n Best practices for Quality Assurance (QA)\n\n Jira and Confluence\n\n Where applicable for the functional area:\n\n Programming and programming languages, enabling troubleshooting and escalation where required to Software Engineers.
