Once you have completed the above finalize your application by clicking apply below.\n\nPurpose Statement\n\rTo lead, coach, and develop a cross-skilled client service team within a contact centre environment, coordinating outbound calling activities focused on new initiatives, client retention, sales, and compliance. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, achieving campaign objectives, and consistently meeting productivity and performance targets for both Capitec Bank and non-Capitec Bank clients.Experience\n\rMinimum:\n\n2–3 years' experience in a leadership or people management role within an outbound, campaigns and sales contact centre, and risk mitigation environment\n\nExperience in a role which required delegation, quality assurance and validating work\n\nExperience coordinating outbound calling processes\n\nIdeal:\n\n5 years' experience in an outbound call centre, sales and campaign management and risk mitigation environment\n\nExperience using contact centre systems, including Dialers\n\nCampaign management experience\n\nQualifications (Minimum)\n\rGrade 12 National Certificate / Vocational\r\nA relevant tertiary qualification in Banking\r\nQualifications (Ideal or Preferred)\n\rA relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management\r\nKnowledge\n\rMinimum:\n\nSound knowledge of the risk mitigation environment, including relevant legislation and regulations\n\nUnderstanding of the impact of credit bureau scores\n\nPrinciples of customer service\n\nAcquiring knowledge (merchant processes, etc.) and the merchant environment\n\nCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)\n\nStakeholder relationship engagement and management\n\nResponsibility for delivery in a fast-moving environment\n\nPeople management practices and principles\n\nBusiness acumen\n\nLeadership best practice, including performance management, coaching and development of a team\n\nClient contact centre environment, including service levels, quality assurance and campaign management\n\nKnowledge of contact centre / case management systems\n\nKnowledge of campaign principles\n\nHR principles and processes\n\nIdeal:\n\nCapitec Bank products, systems and processes relevant to Merchant Services Operations, including multiple systems and processes\n\nSkills\n\rCommunications Skills\r\nComputer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)\r\nInterpersonal & Relationship management Skills\r\nPlanning, organising and
