This role sits at the intersection of AML subject matter expertise and quantitative model risk - managing complex, multi-workstream engagements across model validation, system tuning, and programme advisory.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead multiple simultaneous complex engagements from inception through to delivery\nServe as subject matter expert across AML / BSA / OFAC\nManage project teams of 2-20 people, guiding and mentoring managers and analysts\nEngage with senior client stakeholders across financial institutions\nContribute to business development, including sales calls and articulating the practice's value proposition\nEngagement Types\nModel validation of Transaction Monitoring (TM), Sanctions Screening, and Customer Risk Rating (CRR) models\nTuning and optimisation of TM, Sanctions Screening, and CRR models\nSystem implementations across TM, Sanctions, and CRR platforms\nData reconciliation, data lineage, and data quality testing\nAML programme reviews - including policies and procedures, gap analysis, and risk assessments\nSkills & Capabilities\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Excel;
