We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Full Stack Developer Lead to drive the development of scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and intelligent automation systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage end-to-end application development while guiding team members.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable full-stack web applications using modern technologies.\n\n- Develop robust backend services using Node.js/NestJS and responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.\n\n- Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs with appropriate authentication and authorization mechanisms.\n\n- Architect scalable systems and make technical decisions related to application performance, maintainability, and security.\n\n- Design database schemas and optimize queries using PostgreSQL/MySQL.\n\n- Integrate AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude into applications to develop intelligent features and automation workflows.\n\n- Implement AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).\n\n- Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain and evaluate AI solutions based on performance, cost, scalability, and limitations.\n\n- Manage application deployment and infrastructure using AWS, Docker, and Nginx.\n\n- Establish and maintain version control practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools.\n\n- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to development best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications : \n\n- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in full-stack development.\n\n- Practical experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js/NestJS and frontend frameworks such as React.\n\n- Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and scalable system design.\n\n- Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, including database schema design and query optimization.\n\n- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices.\n\n- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG.\n\n- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude.\n\n- Exposure to AI development frameworks such as LangChain.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and tools including Docker and Nginx.\n\n- Strong understanding of application scalability, performance optimization, security, and maintainable code.\n\n- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to build, deploy, and manage end-to-end scalable applications.\n\n- 1 -
