Reporting to the Project Manager, the successful candidate will maintain the project programme in Microsoft Project, coordinate project meetings, track outstanding actions and prepare concise progress reports for the project team and management. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative and Organisational skills with an interest in project scheduling, progress monitoring and project controls.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Develop, populate and maintain the project programme in Microsoft Project, including activities, milestones, dependencies and forecast completion dates.\n\n Obtain progress updates from project team members and contractors, and update the master schedule.\n\n Monitor planned versus actual progress, identify delays and highlight schedule risks to the Project Manager.\n\n Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and issue accurate meeting minutes.\n\n Maintain action, decision, milestone and deliverables registers, following up outstanding items with responsible persons.\n\n Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports, highlighting achievements, upcoming activities, delays, risks and management decisions required.\n\n Maintain accurate project records, schedules and reporting documentation.
