Together, we will continue to raise our levels of employee engagement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with site teams to stabilize vacancy and improve conversion rates by executing high-impact leasing strategies focused on closing qualified leads.\nAnalyze property-specific barriers to leasing success and implement tailored solutions to accelerate occupancy and revenue growth.\nConduct property visits to observe leasing activity, reinforce training, and ensure consistent application of best-in-class sales practices.\nPartner with site teams to conduct tours. Manage follow-ups with prospects, proactively address objections, and apply closing strategies to secure signed leases.\nIdentify and escalate operational challenges or conversion barriers.\nPerform audits of property conditions, including vacant units, common areas, and curb appeal, to ensure optimal presentation for leasing success.\nConduct Mystery Shops and market surveys to benchmark competitor offerings and identify opportunities to sharpen CAPREIT’s leasing advantage.\nShare insights from market research and property audits with Pricing, Sales and Marketing teams to inform incentive structures & pricing decisions.
