Together, we will continue to raise our levels of employee engagement.\nThe Opportunity\nThe Talent Acquisition Associate plays a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for CAPREIT by partnering with hiring managers, managing full-cycle recruitment, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values. This role contributes to talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and pipeline development while building strong relationships across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful career opportunities.\nTalent Acquisition & Onboarding\nAdminister full-cycle recruitment including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. \nSupport the Regional People Partner team with recruitment activities. \nPartner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and define role requirements. \nDevelop and maintain accurate job descriptions aligned with CAPREIT standards. \nAssess candidates through phone, virtual, and situational/behavioural interviews, providing hiring managers with qualified shortlists and hiring recommendations.\nDevelop talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.\nMaintain accurate candidate and requisition data in iCIMS, ensuring data integrity and seamless onboarding into SAP SuccessFactors and ADP.\nTrack recruitment activity and provide feedback to support hiring decisions. \nProvide ongoing feedback to support enhancement of recruitment activities. \nParticipate in talent acquisition projects and other HR initiatives as assigned.\nCandidate Experience & Branding\nDeliver professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nMaintain proactive and timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.\nSupport employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, career fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.\nPromote the organization’s culture, values, and employee value proposition to attract top talent.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nDiploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation (or progress toward certification) is considered an asset.\n2 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with demonstrated success managing 15-20 requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously.\nExperience supporting full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, IT, Frontline Property Management, or similar business areas.\nExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies (iCIMS experience is an asset).\nStrong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nCompetitive Base Salary between $55,000 - $65,000\nPaid Vacation\nFlexible Health, Dental & Vision Benefits \nEmployee Savings Plan\nEmployee & Family Assistance Plan\nLearning & Professional Development","description_format":"text","description_chars":4285,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":2,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Professional development"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Professional Services","Real Estate","Residential Real Estate"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T21:42:46Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":2,"expected_fill_days":24,"reasons":["conf:45","win:early","comp:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-10-03T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":38635,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/capreit-talent-acquisition-associate","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/capreit-talent-acquisition-associate.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-04T01:34:06Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2037,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2963,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-05T00:00:00Z"}}}
