The role offers great exposure to the many and varied areas of the firm.\nOur future colleague has these skills:\n3-5 years working experience, ideally in the financial sector, centered in asset management or alternative investments.\nService-oriented mentality; focusing on exceptional responsiveness, accountability, timely completion of tasks, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nDiligence in task tracking, documentation, cross-training, and information sharing to continuously improve technology service delivery.\nExperience using service management tools and best practices (ITIL, ITAM, ITSM)\nProficiency working in Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10/11, Windows Server)\nExperience with Active Directory and Entra ID Services\nManagement of mobile devices (iOS/Android) in Intune\nDeep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and associated platforms\nExperience with audio/video conferencing and collaboration technologies\nFamiliarity with remote access, VPN, and SASE tools.\nBenefits and Compensation Information: \nOur team is our most important asset and investment.
