You’ll be involved from the beginning of the creative process, translating strategic and cultural thinking into compelling visual ideas, developing creative territories and taking them through to polished execution.\nLead the creative design process, bringing brand worlds to life through immersive, real-world experiences, and oversee creative execution across standout pop-ups, consumer experiences and brand activations.\nOne week might see you developing the visual world for a major London brand launch; the next creating a social campaign, designing a new-business presentation, art-directing content or helping transform a strategic idea into a physical consumer experience.\nAs our first dedicated designer, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape how creative and design operates within capsule. group as the agency continues to grow.\nWhat you'll do\nCampaigns & creative concepts\nTranslate strategic and creative briefs into strong visual concepts and campaign territories\nDevelop key visuals, moodboards, typography, graphic systems and creative toolkits\nHelp teams visualise ideas at an early stage, from initial concepts through to client-ready creative\nAdapt creative systems across multiple channels and formats\nConsumer experiences\nCreate visual identities and assets for launches, pop-ups, events, dinners, gifting experiences and brand activations\nDesign invitations, menus, signage, POS, event collateral, spatial graphics and branded touchpoints\nCreate high-quality visual mock-ups that bring experiential concepts to life\nWork alongside internal teams, production partners and suppliers to ensure creative is executed to a high standard\nSocial & content\nDesign social-first creative across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms\nCreate static, carousel, Stories, paid-social and lightweight motion assets\nDevelop flexible social design systems that allow brands to communicate consistently without becoming repetitive\nSupport content shoots through treatments, storyboards and art direction where appropriate\nDigital\nDesign landing pages, campaign microsites, email assets and other digital experiences\nWork confidently in Figma alongside Adobe Creative Suite\nTranslate brand identities and campaign concepts effectively into digital environments\nCollaborate with external developers and specialist partners where required\nPresentations & new business\nElevate the visual storytelling of client presentations, strategic decks and creative proposals\nBring new-business pitches and credentials to life through compelling design\nTurn complex thinking into clear, visually engaging narratives\nCreate templates and systems that improve the quality and consistency of presentations across the agency\ncapsule. group\nHelp evolve and protect the visual identity of capsule. group\nCreate assets across our website, social channels, credentials, case studies, awards and new-business materials\nEstablish useful templates, systems and design standards for the wider team\nHelp define how design operates within the agency as the capability grows\nAbout you\nYou’ll likely have 3–5 years' experience within a creative agency, design studio, brand agency or similarly fast-moving creative environment.\nWe’re more interested in the quality of your portfolio and thinking than whether you’ve previously worked specifically within beauty or wellness.\nYou should have:\nA highly considered portfolio demonstrating excellent visual taste and attention to detail\nStrong typography, composition and layout skills\nThe ability to think conceptually as well as execute\nExperience working across brand, campaign, social, digital and print\nAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite\nStrong working knowledge of Figma\nExperience creating polished client presentations and visual mock-ups\nAn understanding of social platforms and how creative needs to behave within them\nThe ability to move confidently between different brands, aesthetics and audiences\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously\nConfidence presenting and explaining the thinking behind your creative work\nA collaborative approach and the confidence to work with strategists, communications specialists, social teams, producers and senior clients\nExperience in motion design, After Effects, content art direction, photography, experiential design, UX or AI-assisted creative workflows would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.\nThe opportunity\nThis isn't a traditional in-house graphic design role.\ncapsule. group works at the intersection of communications, consumer, community and creative, meaning design is involved in everything from global brand launches and cultural activations to social campaigns, content and digital experiences.\nYou’ll have direct exposure to major international brands and the opportunity to work on projects that move between earned media, culture, creators, physical experiences and digital channels.\nCrucially, you’ll be joining as our first dedicated design hire.
