You'll also work with the College Recruitment Manager to build recruiting strategies.\nManage relationships with career centers and other university partners\n\nPlan and coordinate college career fairs,and networking events, working closely with college alumni ambassadors.\n\nRepresent CapTech at in-person and virtual campus events to strengthen brand awareness among students and prospective candidates.\n\nCreate and deliver workshops and presentations to clubs and classes, in person or virtually.\n\nTrack and report on recruiting metrics after campus events and activities.\n\nCollege and intern hiring: You'll find and select candidates for Associate Consultant and Internship positions.\nOwn the full recruiting process for college and intern roles, from sourcing through offer, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.\n\nPost openings on CapTech's website and on Handshake or another college CRM platforms\n\nIdentify and engage students through multiple channels, leveraging AI tools to write search strings, job descriptions and candidate outreach.\n\nUse SmartRecruiters (ATS) to move candidates through the process, with detailed notes, feedback and documentation.\n\nCoordinate virtual and in-person final-round interviews (Power Day).\n\nWork with CapTech's marketing department to promote roles and events and deliver e-communications to candidates and incoming hires to drive engagement.\n\nCollaborate with CapTech’s learning and development team to ensure a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.\n\nExperienced technical recruiting support\nSupport full-cycle recruiting for experienced technology roles as needed. Work with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads and Practice Leads to hire top talent.\n\nHelp build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants, including passive candidates.\n\nAdditional responsibilities may include\nSupporting internal recruiting initiatives and ad hoc projects.\n\nWorking with Practice Areas and other teams, including Learning and Development and Human Resources.\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.
