Our solutions include API-driven clients, microservice architectures, event-driven integrations, cloud deployments, serverless applications, and web and portal front ends.\nSpecific responsibilities for the Full-Stack Developer position include:\nCollaborate with team members and clients to deliver a technical solution that meet the unique needs of our clients\nCreate quality deliverables to communicate technical solutions to appropriate audiences\nLeverage CapTech’s internal programs and self-directed training to continually develop industry relevant knowledge and skills\nUnderstand and implement object-oriented design patterns\nCommunicate effectively to team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge\nProvide technical mentoring\n Qualifications\n4+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining applications using C# and the modern .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred)\nProven expertise in ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework / EF Core\nHands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, including API documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI\nStrong background in database design and development, including SQL Server and NoSQL.\nFront-end development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue,\nProficient with modern development tools, including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code\nExperience with source control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows\nFamiliarity with multi-system integrations, distributed systems, and common enterprise integration challenges\nSolid understanding of application performance tuning, scalability, and optimization techniques\nAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts, designs, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code\n5 days a week onsite\nWe want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
