We are also recognized by Vault.com’s Top 50 Consulting Firms and have been on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies for over 10 years\n Responsibilities for the Technical Recruiter include:\nOwn and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage\nPartner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire the best talent\nCreate recruiting strategies to build and maintain a pipeline of top-performing consultants who can build the CapTech brand\nCreatively source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools to create search strings, job descriptions etc.\nBuild relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story\nQualify potential candidates and provide a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process\nFocus on building out the CapTech brand to attract and nurture future candidates\nSupport internal recruiting initiatives\nUse SmartRecruiters (ATS) to drive candidates through the process; ensuring there is a focus on detailed notes, feedback, and documentation\n Specific qualifications for the Technical Recruiter include:\n3-5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred)\n2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry is preferred\nCollaborative team player with positive attitude and great at building relationships\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to understand the needs of the business\nStrong organizational skills and documentation skills\nPrior experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top-performing consultants\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and change focus quickly\nPrior experience using recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, Docusign and other sourcing platforms\nAI forward mentality- experience with tools such as Co-pilot, Co-work, LinkedIn AI tools\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience\n We want everyone at CapTech to be able to envision a lasting and rewarding career here, which is why we offer a variety of career paths based on your skills and passions.
