activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals.\n\n- Promote continuous improvement, automation standards, and knowledge sharing.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.\n\n- Good understanding of APIs, databases, web services, and system integrations.\n\n- Experience with source control (Git/Azure DevOps) and CI/CD practices.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\n- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.\n\nExperience:\n\n- 8 to 12+ years of IT experience.\n\n- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development.\n\n- 2+ years in Solution Architect or Technical Lead role.\n\n- Experience managing RPA development and support teams.\n\nSuccess Measures:\n\n- On-time project
