Support will focus on development and sustainment of the the project's tool. The project is a focus on a high-performance geospatial collaboration tool that provides a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts will include creating enhancements for the project based on high-priority mission needs, as well as maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base.\nCandidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly 1 week out of every 3-4 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked. On average, the first team is paged for after-hours support approximately once every couple of months with most issues resolvable by phone.\nRequirements\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.\nA minimum of three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis/resolution.\nMaster’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience\nRequired Skills:\nJava 8+\nC/C++\nScripting (python, bash, php)\nApache Tomcat\nElasticsearch\nOracle\nSpring Boot\nRESTful web services\nSolr\nComfortable working in a Linux environment\nUnderstanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications\nDesired Skills:\nAmazon Web Services (AWS)\nPrimefaces\nQuarkus\nNode.js\nLex/Yacc\nBasic sysadmin skills (managing cron jobs, selinux, etc.)\nAgency reporting and dissemination tools\nAgency classification policies\nWorking in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence\n This position is open for direct hires only.
