They will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable solutions for processing-intensive analytics, large data sets, real-time systems, and enterprise applications.\nIn this role, they will collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to design high-performing software solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and implement reusable, modular components that support multiple applications and mission needs. Their expertise will help drive performance optimization, technical innovation, and long-term system sustainability.\nCandidates will excel in this role if they have the following experience:\nHave extensive experience designing and developing full-stack software solutions\nEnjoy solving complex performance and scalability challenges\nAre proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular\nHave strong object-oriented development experience using Java and JavaScript\nUnderstand how to design modular, reusable software components\nCan balance technical excellence with customer-focused solution delivery\nEnjoy mentoring developers and influencing technical direction across teams\nRequirements\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline\n14 years of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining software solutions, with an emphasis on performance optimizations\nRequired Skills:\nExperience with all aspects of full stack development\nExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular\nExperience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScript\nExperience designing and developing modular, reusable software components\nFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements\nExperience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and sustainment\nDesired Skills:\nExperience developing web-based geospatial applications using tools such as Leaflet.js\nTechnical leadership, team lead, or mentoring experience\nProactive technical customer service and stakeholder engagement experience\nExperience optimizing solutions across multiple applications, teams, or technology\nExperience using CI/CD pipelines for consistent delivery\n This position is open for direct hires only.
