Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country.\nDescription\nCaptivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities. \nRequirements\nSecurity Clearance:\nMust currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen\nMinimum Qualifications:\nFour (4) years experience as a DSP Algorithm developer on projects with similar software processes\nFour (4) years experience with C++, Linux, Python, or similar development language.\nMay substitute two (2) years of experience with Masters of Science in Engineering or Computer Science\nMay substitute four (4) years of additional DSP experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree\nBachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline in DSP algorithms from an accredited college or university is required\nRequired Skills:\nC++/Linux/Python/DSP Algorithms\nDesign and implement DSP algorithms in software, with a focus on high-throughput exploitation of signals, low signal to noise ratio, higher-order, and/or adaptive modulations\nConduct necessary modifications to existing software and/or firmware to adapt COTS and GOTS products to meet special Government needs\nProvide concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest\n This position is open for direct hires only.
