Description Captivation Software is looking for a mid level software engineer who will be working in a DevOps focused position. In this position, the DevOps Software Engineer shall be responsible for overseeing and monitoring live production operations to ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of the project's software application suite. Responsibilities include identifying, diagnosing, and responding to service disruptions, performance degradation, and operational issues, performing basic troubleshooting and corrective actions, supporting system sustainment activities, and collaborating with development and operations teams to maintain system health, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous service delivery.
