This role assists with office relocations, renovations, expansions, leasehold improvements, workplace initiatives, and facility-related projects. Working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, landlords, and vendors, this position helps ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. This position is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to develop expertise in corporate real estate, project management, workplace strategy, and facilities operations.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in managing corporate real estate projects from initiation through closeout\nSupport office openings, relocations, consolidations, expansions, and renovation projects\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, action logs, and status reports\nCoordinate project activities with architects, contractors, landlords, furniture vendors, and building management\nTrack project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables\nParticipate in project meetings and document meeting notes and action items\nAssist with forecasting project costs and reporting budget performance\nReview vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained\nSupport financial reporting for real estate and facilities projects.\nAssist with vendor procurement processes and bid evaluations\nCoordinate scheduling of contractors, furniture installations, IT deployments, and move activities\nMaintain relationships with service providers and project partners\nCoordinate communication with affected office occupants during project execution\nSupport change management activities related to workplace projects\nEscalate risks, issues, and project delays to senior project management staff\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, facilities management, construction administration, interior design, and commercial furniture.\nAbility to travel nationwide\nDesired Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, architecture, project management, or a related field.\nExperience supporting office relocation or renovation projects\nFamiliarity with commercial lease concepts\nExposure to project management methodologies and tools\nUnderstanding of workplace design and space planning principles\nExperience with CoStar REM, AutoCAD, Procore, MS Project, Eptura Workplace\nWHAT can you expect from your career at CAPTRUST?\nOur colleagues, like our clients, tend to stay with CAPTRUST for years.
