This role will coordinate project activities, manage timelines and deliverables, and partner with stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple workstreams and competing priorities.\nThis is a temporary assignment anticipated to last up to one year.\nResponsibilities\nLead the planning and implementation of firm-wide projects as well as collect, organize, and refine project requirements\nMaintain the product backlog with user stories and defects and track project progress, milestones, and deliverables\nMake timely decisions to keep projects on schedule and within scope and use analytical skills to identify and solve issues creatively\nCommunicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and issues\nConduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and help manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met\nFacilitate the resolution of project-related issues, resolve conflicts and escalate when necessary\nContribute to process improvement initiatives and identify areas for improving project management efficiency\nQualifications\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience\n5+ years of applicable experience\nDesired Qualifications/Skills:\nExperience in the investment industry\nAbility to handle multiple work streams and adapt to a constantly changing environment\nKnowledge of Azure DevOps\nQA/testing knowledge\nDetail-oriented and highly organized\nExceptional oral and written communication skills\nAbility to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff\nExperience with Agile methodology\nUnderstanding of CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)\nAbility to work independently, proactively, and in an organized manner\nHigh standard of professionalism\nWork Authorization\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States by their anticipated start date.
