In this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations of Capture One US Inc., helping ensure our financial processes are accurate, compliant, and ready to scale.\nYou'll work closely with colleagues across our global finance team and partner with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders. From month-end close and reconciliations to tax compliance and process improvements, you'll play an important role in building and supporting the financial foundation of our US B2B business.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with ownership and continuous improvement in an international, growing company.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou'll be responsible for a broad range of accounting and finance activities, including:\nOwning day-to-day accounting operations for Capture One US Inc. \nManaging accounts receivable, including customer invoicing and collections follow-up. \nManaging accounts payable, including vendor invoice processing and payments. \nMaintaining vendor and customer master data and supporting documentation. \nPreparing and reviewing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations. \nPrepare and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of differences across group entities. \nSupporting and executing monthly and annual close activities. \nSupporting sales and use tax compliance activities across US jurisdictions. \nCoordinating with external tax advisors on federal, state, and local income tax compliance and reporting requirements. \nSupporting statutory, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements. \nMaintaining finance process documentation and internal controls. \nCollaborating with colleagues across finance and the wider business to ensure smooth financial operations. \nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience as a Senior Accountant, Accountant, or similar finance professional, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and general accounting principles. \nHands-on experience with month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations. \nExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. \nExperience supporting sales and use tax compliance. \nExperience collaborating with external auditors and tax advisors. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nExcellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work. \nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a growing environment. \nAbility to work independently while collaborating with an international team. \nStrong written and verbal English communication skills. \nExperience working in a software, technology, SaaS, or international company is a plus. \nWhy You Will Like It at Capture One\nOur Company Values are what make Capture One special.\nWin as one team\nWe believe the best results come from working together.
