You will work on real projects that have direct impact on the business, developing tools and applications that enable investment teams to operate at speed and scale.\nDuring the programme, you will rotate across different teams, gaining hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technical environments. Our Technology team is a core part of our business, and our graduates get involved in high-impact work that underpins how we trade at Capula. You will work closely with experienced developers and technologists who will support your development as you grow into a well-rounded developer.\nAt the end of the programme, you will have the opportunity to join one of the teams on a permanent basis.\nThe interview process\nA 10 minute 'speed interview' with our talent team and principal engineer\nA take home technical task \nAn interview with two of our technology developers\nA final in person interview on site with one of our princial engineers and our CTO \nInterviews will be arranged on a rolling basis.
