The main objective is to increase sales performance, ensure proper customer management, monitor agent productivity, and build a strong and efficient sales team.\nThis role requires strong leadership, sales management experience, and a deep understanding of the Panamanian market and sales environment.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and manage the daily activities of B2C sales agents\nMonitor sales performance and ensure sales targets are achieved\nTrain, coach, and motivate sales agents to improve performance\nTrack KPIs, sales metrics, and agent productivity\nAssist in developing sales strategies for the B2C market\nEnsure proper customer communication and service quality\nReport weekly and monthly sales performance to management\nHelp recruit, onboard, and train new sales agents\nImplement sales processes and improve team efficiency\nEnsure discipline, reporting structure, and workflow organization within the team\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Call Center Sales Supervisor or Sales Team Leader\nExperience supervising sales agents in Panama is highly preferred\nExperience working with the US market \n1-2 years of experience as a sales agent is a strong advantage\nProven experience managing and motivating sales teams\nStrong leadership and organizational skills\nExperience working with sales targets and KPIs\nExcellent communication and management skills\nKnowledge of Spanish and English are required\nMust be based in Panama\nBenefits\nCompetitive base salary and commission\nRepresent a premium luxury cigar brand with international reach\nExposure to global markets and cross-border sales strategy\nBuild and shape your own sales team - real hiring authority from day one\nInterested?
