In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full order lifecycle-from order entry through production coordination, shipment, and billing-ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service every step of the way.\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis role is primarily desk-based and involves extended computer use (up to 8 hours per day).\n\nNo significant physical exertion, lifting, or unusual environmental conditions are required.\n\nEssential Functions:\nAccurately enter and manage customer orders from multiple channels, ensuring correct pricing, product details, and shipping terms.\nCoordinate production, scheduling, and shipments; partner with expediting teams to prioritize and meet delivery timelines.\nMonitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or changes to customers and sales teams.\nCollaborate with production and internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.\nSupport inventory planning by recommending stock adjustments based on sales direction.\nEnsure compliance with company policies related to pricing, credits, freight, commissions, and quality standards.\nProcess returns (RGAs) and credit memos efficiently and accurately.\nMaintain strong product and systems knowledge.\nChampion safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWho We Are:\nCarboline is a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer with a global reach.
