This position also serves as a valuable liaison for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, helping drive operational efficiency and exceptional internal and external customer support.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPhysical Requirements:\nThis position requires minimal physical activity but does involve extended computer use, up to 8 hours per day.\n\nNo unusual environmental conditions, lifting requirements, or physical exertion are associated with this role.\n\nEssential Functions:\nServe as the primary administrator for the Concur expense management platform, including system maintenance, updates, reporting, compliance monitoring, and user support.\nManage and support the corporate American Express (AMEX) card program, including account administration and issue resolution.\nAdminister the vehicle reimbursement platform, ensuring accurate user setup, maintenance, reporting, and employee support.\nCollaborate with the Global Service Center to monitor accounts payable processing, reporting, and issue resolution.\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and analyses that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making.\nOversee accounts receivable activities performed by the Global Service Center to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.\nPartner directly with customers to resolve invoice inquiries, payment applications, credit requests, and unapplied cash balances.\nSupport customer invoicing processes, including credits, rebills, and tax-related billing adjustments.\nMaintain customer tax exemption documentation and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and increase operational efficiency across sales support functions.\nDemonstrate a commitment to the Company's safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWho We Are:\nCarboline is a St. Louis-based coatings manufacturer with a global reach.
